The receptionist was very welcoming and in fact all the staff were very friendly and polite. They all greeted us when we passed them in the corridor. The receptionist gave us very helpful directions and the prices in rhe bar were reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. My room was noisy and I'm not sure why. Some noises came from outside. I was on the 6th floor. There was a sound of water running in the bathroom constantly. It would be helpful if the TV could be swivelled so I could see it from the armchair rather than sitting on the bed.

Excellent location for access to ABBA Voyager. Accepted bags before check in time so could go and explore surrounding facilities. Very helpful, friendly staff especially at breakfast who kept area clean and all items topped up. Room was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. Liked position of sockets (beside beds) so convenient for charging phone after full long day of use as still using plug in charging! Didn’t use parking but only short walk to station, bus station etc

We spent one night at the hotel to allow us to visit the Abba show. The hotel staff at Reception were friendly and accomodating , moving a couplevof cars around in the csr park to allow me to park my csr in the last space available. The room was spotlessly clean with all the facilities you would need in a hotel room. We went down for dinner in the restaurant and the chouce wss varied and good quality - no issues there at all. The breakfast buffet was also superb with an excellent choice of hot and cold food. Overall i could not fault this hotel and would certainly recommend it to fellow travellers.
