The hotel is located in an ideal location and we stay there every year. This year’s breakfast was below par and luke warm which was disappointing.

Excellent stay, friendly welcoming staff, fantastic location & less than five mins walk to the underground. The breakfast exceeded expectations, freshly made omelets, a wide variety of pastries/continental as well as an excellent cooked breakfast selection. One added touch was the ‘kids station’ which changed daily, first day they had decorate your own cookies, next day they had kids waffles. Would use this hotel again.

Generally a good stay but in honestly I’ve stayed in nicer premier inns, so sadly this hotel doesn’t meet up to the Hilton Hype. The room felt very basic and lacking any element of luxury. And overpriced basic wine from the bar.

The room was incredibly spacious and the bathroom as expected. The breakfast was great and as we expected from Hilton. The negatives - the beds. The main bed was very hard and not really comfortable at all. The sofa bed for my 14yo daughter was really bad with her in effect laying directly on springs. To be fair after a chat with reception they brought us a proper bed and we were very impressed by the reaction as we only asked for extra topper or blankets. My only question would be why not have the bed in the first place.
