Lovely helpful staff on check-in. Apartment was absolutely huge. Comfortable beds. The only thing I would bring up was the curtains need to be cleaned as there were stains over the ones on the balcony and bedroom. Having plain cream curtains through the apartment is probably not the best idea. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

Arrived to check in at 3pm - room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm. No luggage store available while I waited. Once I was able to check-on, the team on reception were friendly and professional but wanted to take a photocopy of my photo ID, rather than simply see it to validate that I was the person who had made the booking. I was not happy to allow them to do this, because of security concerns - it had name, DOB, address. The team assured that the photocopy would be destroyed after my stay, and were a little insulted by the insinuation. No offence was meant, but there is no legitimate reason for a copy of ID to be taken, as a UK citizen. If this is the policy, it should be made clear that a copy of your photo ID will be taken and retained at booking - it simply said that photo ID was required to check-in, not that they would make a copy! Once in, the appartement was clean, comfortable and in good condition.

We recently stayed at this hotel apartment for six nights, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. Staff and Service The staff were consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, which created an unwelcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Requests for assistance were often met with dismissive responses, leaving us feeling unsupported as guests. Housekeeping and Cleaning Policy No cleaning service was provided during our six-night stay. We were informed that cleaning is only scheduled on day eight, and any additional cleaning requests would incur extra charges. This policy is highly inconvenient, especially for families staying multiple nights, as basic cleanliness should be maintained without additional costs. Amenities and Supplies Upon arrival, we were supplied with only four bath towels, two toilet rolls, and two small bottles each of shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion. When we requested fresh towels, we were told that as this is a service apartment, we were expected to wash and reuse them using the washing machine and dryer provided in the room. Requests for additional shower gel and toilet rolls were refused, with the explanation that guests must purchase these items themselves. Overall Impression While the apartment itself may be functional, the lack of hospitality, inadequate housekeeping, and refusal to provide basic amenities made our stay uncomfortable and disappointing. For a property marketed as a hotel apartment, we expected a higher stand
