Shame we couldn’t have a balcony but great views of the shard from our room. Very spacious, had everything we needed for our stay including iron, fan and hair dryer. Fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils. Staff were friendly and helpful. Outside the property did t feel as safe as other places we’ve stayed and it was rather untidy but very near the tube for access to the rest of London and a convenient Tesco store right outside.

My family and i recently stayed at Marlin Empire Square. We found the apartment to be very hot. The couch which also doubled as a bed was almost impossible to sleep on. The kitchen lacked basic utensils to cook a meal. We found the apartment clean and of good size. The location is great for site seeing, grocery stores and transport. We were able to walk to most tourist attractions from the apartment. The staff were ok too. We would re-book if the couch and kitchen issues were addressed.

We had spacious 2 bedroom apartment great value for London with easy very close access to the underground railway. Nearby Burrough markets and two tube stations meant all of London was at our doorstep. Apartment was in generally good order, sofa had been used as bed by heavy person so needed a support strap replaced but otherwise ok. Will definitely book again.

This place is very close (walking distance) to the Borough Market and other attractions such as Millennium Bridge, the Globe Theater, St Paul Cathedral. Borough Market area has tons of cool places to eat and hang out. 2 Tube stations near by. Highly recommended!

Excellent location 5 minutes from Borough tube station. Safe, clean, everything you need, 5 of us stayed in a 2 bed with sofa bed, 2 bathrooms. 15 mins from Shard. Quiet street. Definitely recommend and would return.

I will give 3 stars to the property for few reasons: 1. No AC in the building or rooms 2. Nothing available in spare, not even a kitchen cleaning towel. 3. No room service for a week...no change of towels also (the bathroom starts to stink in few days time and they also do not change towels). 4. Nothing complementary for that much price..not even an early check-in. 5. Appliances are very old and out of date. 6. Refrigerator was not cooling enough, my cooked food and milk got spoiled. 7. A very average service apartment in nut shell.

Great location. Grocery on bottom floor. Parking garage attached. Subway 2 blocks away. Only partial con is there is no A/C but staff provided fans which we only really needed one night. After comparing room size and the fact many properties don't have A/C. I would definitely stay there if I traveled to london again.
