The staff were extremely nice and helpful, I arrived very early morning from a long overseas flight and the staff did I their best to get a room ready for me couple hours before the 3PM check in time. I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was spotless and the room very comfortable. The pillows were exceptional and had I known I wouldn't have dragged mine from Gloucestershire. The staff were helpful and friendly Also it was a 2 minute walk to the Cromwell Hospital. A perfect stay.
