Arrived early with my sister. They gave us two room (306 & 901). My sister's 306 was large room with a sitting area. They said they upgraded me because I would be there for 3 nights. Unfortunately, the only upgrade was the bed to avKing. Thos room was by the elevatir. Small and could hear every voice on the floor. I DO NOT THINK I'LL STAY HERE AGAIN. Plus the front door man was very aggressive when my sister went out to meet her car service. So sad to see a gem go down hill so fadt.

The Cavendish is great! It is in a great location, with so many shops, restaurants and interesting sites within walking distance. And the hotel is very clean, with good dining and bar options, and very comfortable. We will definitely be back!!

Great location but just off the Main Street. The bedding and towels were very nice. The bathroom was smaller than expected for a Superior Twin, (smaller than the photo). The first time I stayed here it was larger. Also, the bathroom Ned’s some maintenance, paint and shower door.

Pros: It is centrally located. Cons: To go to Junior suites, you need to take the elevator to the 14th floor and then take the stairs to 15t floor.

This was only a short stay so we weren't able to take full advantage of the hotel, but I did ask in advance if they could recognise my partner's birthday in some way, and we walked in to find lovely rose petals on the bed, a bottle of bubbles and a lovely note which really set the tone for the evening. Will definitely choose the Cavendish again for a London stay

All i can say is good location. Absolutely the worst bed i have ever slept in. Like sleeping on boards. Houskeeping threw out my partner clothes in laundry bag. Mgnt. Said never happen. Terrible place.

Starting to age a little

We have been many times. The location is the principal reason. Hotel is starting to show it's age. Breakfast is not brilliant. Staff on the other hand are very helpful.

The staff were particularly very helpful and made everyt easy from arriving to leaving. It would have been better if dinner was provided. Having just arrived, it can be tiring to just find somewhere to eat.
