The Gantry is easily the best London hotel we have stayed at. We loved its mix of both style and comfort - rarely do you find both in a hotel. The quality of the bedding, towels (so soft!) and breakfast was great, and we had a really good night’s sleep. Our welcome was warm and genuine, and all the staff we encountered were lovely.

Check-in was crap. The guy on the desk clearly couldn’t care less. We’ve stayed before and liked it, which is why we returned. The room is fine although the wardrobe light was on all night as the door doesn’t close fully and as such means the sensor doesn’t turn the light off. Otherwise, no big issues. Although it’s a shame there’s no bottles of water provided in the room. By the time we got in late last night, showered and got ready for bed, I noticed the empty bottle with instructions to go elsewhere to fill it. I didn’t fancy walking the hotel in my bedclothes!

Modern hotel with beautiful rooftop terrace and dining facilities. Although we didnt eat, the food looked amazing and the restaurants were full. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Coffee shop with lovely pastries in foyer. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything required, fridge, safe, iron & hairdryer. A short walk to Westfields for shopping and the trains. Ideal location. Would stay here again.
