No gluten free options at Breakfast, no muesli or granola, just packaged cereals. Room aircon too fierce, control falling apart! Technician came to bodge a repair, but not possible to set temp. Only 1 chair in double room, ludicrously oversized TV for the room. Transport great if you are OK with buses.

We checked in to the hotel early morning and we had booked the previous night just so that we could take rest as we were with kids… but the room we were given has no air conditioning and they said its due to some maintenance work going on in some rooms!!! We had to request multiple times to change our room. The very first impression was very bad and we had wasted our money in booking this hotel.

Been staying here for years. Rooms need upgrading and beds are hard as rocks! Spoke to reception and they gave us mattress toppers and extra pillows. Staff were excellent.

I loved that it was close to things we wanted to do, staff were nice and loved the buffet option. The only problem I had is that I paid extra for a nice size room like the picture showed and when I got there the room I was given was very small and no real space for any of our stuff and the pictures of the rooms are not what you get.
