Nice spacious room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast - lots of choice and healthy options too. Particularly liked option to have mackerel and salmon. Slightly limited selection of toiletries compared to other 4 star hotels. Missed having dressing gowns. Carpets in corridors and rooms were a bit tired looking.

A great stay at the Sunborn. Room was great and comfortable and very very clean. The coffee maker in room was very good too. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good too and Vegetarian sausages available on request too. I wouldn't bother with the bar as the lager was weak / not the best of taste (unbranded) and the wine ( pinot grigio ) was quite sharp.

All in all a lovely hotel, right next to custom house station. Dock views aren't the most pleasant but river view is very nice. Great rooms with warm interiors, lovely staff and great breakfast.

We had room 5022, which offered a great view from the balcony. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished and the bed and bedding very comfortable. The staff were professional, courteous and friendly. Great treat!

The room was really large and clean. Lovely bed and bathroom was really nice too. There was only 1 lift working on the Saturday and we were stuck outside in the cold for about 10 minutes as the lift just never came to the dockside level. It was fixed late on the Sunday but this was an issue as we were with elderly parents who struggled with the stairs. Other than this it was a great stay.

Loved everything. Room was fantastic. Dinner and breakfast were wonderful. Had an amazing time. Very different from a normal hotel and in a lovely situation only 20 minutes from oxford Street on the tube. Very quiet area

The staff members were exceptionally helpful, friendly, approachable, and polite, and the entire establishment was impeccably clean. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was pleasant, though I have experienced superior options at more affordably priced hotels. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service was amazing. We had an uncomfortable sleepless first night stay with a very squeaky sofa bed that rolled into the middle but the staff where swift the resolve the issue and kindly ungraded us for our second night. The kids absolutely loved the experience of staying on a yacht. We had a wonderful view of the water and city from our balcony. We were worried that it would been too far outside of central london but with the Elizabeth line it couldn’t have been quicker and more convenient. As a result we felt like we had a city break in a calm tranquil setting. Thank you.
