It was clear from the reception area and other communal areas that the hotel had recently been spruced up (the noises made by the lift need looking at, however). The room was a very decent size for this area of London at this price. The bed was fine, but the pillows were way too soft for my liking. We also enjoyed the breakfast. We would certainly consider this hotel for a short stay in London in the future.

Very small room with limited space. House keeping knocked 4 times after saying we were ok , barely giving us time to Open the door while in the bathroom. Front reception were friendly and polite and the reception area looked nice and clean so didn’t toilets. Located in good area

The hotel overall is lovely. We particularly liked the location near St Pancras International train station, and the suburb the hotel is in. The ambience on the ground level is very nice and welcoming. However, our room was very, very small, probably 13sqm and the bathroom door is more of a “door” which afforded little privacy. The size of the bedroom is really difficult. If the room were bigger and the door between bathroom and room was proper, I’d give 5 stars. Staff are very nice.

The hotel is fine. The gym has no weights and had no towels or water. It honestly could do with a bit of TLC. The room air con was so so noisy it kept me up at night. The lights by the bed were broken so you could only have the full room lights on. There’s no shampoo other than a body and hair wash but I used it and it was chronic
