I will stay there again.
Everything was amazing. The stuff very helpful. The location is excellent. One problem was the repairs they were doing on 2 out of 4 elevators , which caused a long time to wait and the option were the service stairs which were very dirty.

Great Location, terrible service
Terribble service, from the checkin process to the cleaning staff. Got to room and toliet had remains of previous occupiers. Asked for it to be clean to be told that room service only cleans the rooms once a day and they will see if they have time at the end The only reason you would stay at this hotel is for the shopping location. Nothing else.
