The hotel was in a great location from everything. There were some odd things in the room like the door handle was too big for the bathroom door so it stuck out from the door and shook a lot. It didn’t seem like there were enough towels. We booked aim with 2 twin beds and there was maybe 2 inches between the beds.

Bad Hotel

Location is excellent. That’s the only good part. They DO NOT 1. Gave any toiletries no toothpaste/toothbrush 2. Any extra glasses. They charge for any crockery or cutlery you need in the room 3. They even charge for weighing your luggage 4. I complained about Toilet flush not working and water clogging in shower tub. Toliet problem was rectified but water clogging was not rectified even after complaining twice. We had booked 2 roos and we arrived early (around 11.00am whereas their check in time is 3.00. They informed me that 1 room was ready and they could give it to me but at a CHARGE OF 50 GBP !!! Preposterous. Never heard of it. Will never go back there

Enjoyed our stay and was very convenient to tube station and hop on hop off bus stop. We paid extra for the executive lounge, but the coffee was hit or miss, our beer fridge didn’t get replenished every day and they didn’t provide enough towels each day.

Pleasantly surprised with the concierge service and team. They were very accommodating and helpful with our luggage, our inquiries, and even arranging an airport taxi for us. We arrived earlier than the check in time but the hotel allowed us to check in right away. Which we very much appreciated. We did have some trouble with the bathroom sink though. The pressure was intermittent and erratic but housekeeping was able to coordinate with maintenance which got sorted out quickly. The room was very spacious for both of us. There was no indication or signage though if the water was potable. Overall, excellent service for our short stay.
