Very busy hotel - room was very nice. When our room was not serviced by 4:20, we called to ask why. We were informed that we had to indicate we wanted room service in order to have the room cleaned each day.

Obviously it’s a super central location. Staff are good. Breakfast is good. Beds are large and comfy. The bar is a total rip-off but that aside I would recommend this hotel for a short tourist stay in London.

If I had to add an improvement, it would have to be the freshness of the breakfast buffet. Fruits were too ripe and selections werent that great. Coffee machine was broken.
