Very close to tube. Black out blinds were very effective. Room was comfortable and clean. Gift given if you don’t have a room clean each day which supports sustainability. Good facilities with pool and gym. Overall a really pleasant stay would recommend

There was an initial problem with the blackout blind int he room being broken and some stray clothing lying int he bathroom This should have been picked up by staff prior to our arrival. On raising it with the Guest Services manager, it was quickly resolved and we were moved to another room.

Here’s a polished, friendly passage you can use: ⸻ We had a wonderful one-night stay at Park Plaza Waterloo. The staff were warm and welcoming, the food was excellent, and the facilities were modern and comfortable. Our only disappointment was not being able to use the sauna and steam room due to limited availability, as this would have made our stay even better value. Nevertheless, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and appreciated the great service throughout. We look forward to returning!
