Nice and clean hotel however the perfume in the main lobby was way too strong. It made it uncomfortable for me to relax as it set off my allergies. But a nice place.

My stay was great.

Everything was great. The only negative was being on the 13th floor it is incredibly hot at night. Adjusting the temperature to the lowest setting didn't seem to improve anything. My son has autism and he really struggled with the heat.

I have 4/5 based on following; Avoid first floor rooms, we are give. Room 122 and this was horrendous, window was fully blurred and was facing to a wall! You wouldn’t know if it’s a day or night, still feeling anxious about it(!) Guest service apologies and changed our room to 916 and this rooms was MUCH better! Comes with beautiful London view the room was similar what we chose during our booking so we were pleased with the change. MAKE-up alert: if you will do make up i would recommend you to bring additional lighting for the bathroom as lights were a bit dimmed. Breakfast: was very nice I would recommend you to sit on lower deck , much brighter area and more tranquil. Room facilities: ironing board a bit flimsy, towels are sufficient and clean, second room we were in has not sliding inner bathrooms door. Digital Lighting operator was very nice to use, would highly recommend the black out curtains if you are on higher floors.

Amazing couple of days in London

Reception were really helpful, hotel so close to the tube, bed was super comfy. Room was super clean and held our bags for us after we checked out, we would definitely stay here again. We opted out of hotel cleaning service but didn’t receive our £10 bar voucher.

Terrible. Staff were very nice but the room wasn’t great at all, mouldy smelly fridge. Loose screws sticking. Out the tv. Mould in the shower seals. Faulty plug socket gitting with face plate missing. Dangerous 3 room changes to finally get an ok room,
