House keeping didn’t check if all the body wash, shampoo or conditioner were top up. I got a room with no conditioner and later no shampoo because house keeping didn’t top up or check if they are empty. Stay there for 4 nights and only the last day they top up even on a daily basis I have ask to top up.

This hotel is a walk from a station and bus station, making it soo easy to travel out. It is in a very easy 10 minute walk from Big Ben & The London Eye.The staff was very nice and helpful :) would stay here again.

Fabulous location for tube , arrived a little earlier for check in at 3 but unfortunately had to wait 40minutes as room wasn’t ready then was doing an inspection, i felt an inconvenience. Pool sauna breakfast great .

Rooms were really clean and comfortable and quiet. Amazing central location with easy access to the underground and train station. Very family friendly with lovely accomadating staff. At first glance, the hotel was beautiful and modern. Our room had several issues: 1) our “upgraded” king suite was merely 2 twin beds put together where I found myself in the crack 2) our mini fridge did not work 3) the bathroom had no real door so all pooping had to occur in the lobby bathroom. My partner and I like to remain sexy in each others eyes 4) dropped off laundry which was promised back the next day, but after a day and a half, it never even was addressed
