Great location, plenty of food nearby. Excellent, friendly staff. Clean and quiet. Room was great, they pit us right off the elevator as requested (I have mobility issues). We didn't use the laundry service as there was a launderette only a 4 min walk down the road. Truely fantastic stay and we will absolutely return.

The room Number 747 ! Is a triple room - right next door to the lift. This can be heard - up & down - it bangs quite loudly - up to midnight - then starts again - the earliest that awoke me was 5.40? I asked at reception - does anyone ever mention this constant noise? Yes she said - in fact ALL the triple rooms are right next to the lift - on each floor? We were on the 7th floor- which actually is right next door, to the lift. I think if it was just one night - you would be able to put up with this . We were staying 3 nights in London- so by the 3rd morning - We had not slept that well !

Room was tidy and clean. There is no thromostat in room for heating to be adjusted so felt like a suana And do not book this room in summer as there is no ac or proper ventilation. Fans are in hallways and rooms

Room in good condition. Lighting awful. Bright lights only. Heating on all the time and unable to control it. It was very hot and uncomfortable all night even with window open in December. I noticed many people had their windows open. Shower awful. It was a pathetic trickle. Reception staff need a customer care course. Breakfast good and tables cleared very efficiently.

Very comfortable beds and the breakfast was amazing! The hotel has a great location (although park side was a bit loud - we arrived on a Sunday and it was quite lively with people and emergency vehicles). Would highly recommend!
