The staff are great but there were broken items like the toilet flush , the small fush was broken. Pillows stained under the pillow casing. Bathroom needed drcorating and found a disposable razor stuck to the curtain base. The bathroom needs decorating in the outside bar area the rattan table had missing glass and rattan cushions looked worn/stained. We could not reduce the temperature of the room as could not work the control panal thus had to open a window where fenchurch street railway station was noisy with hustle n bustle of announcements and people. We were buy the life abd thus heard tye mechanusns and people talking through the walls. The room was a delux but the size of a shoebox.
One of the key problems for me was at breakfast a spatular for eggs was knocked onto the floor by the staff and he put it back on the stand for people to use, I pulled him up on it and he went back to kitchen to replace the utensil. However It opens a question about best practice for dining.
