For the price there’s so many other better hotels. Room is dated, bathroom not in a good condition. Bed not comfy. Avoid the restaurant, food is basic and beyond overpriced, service equally basic. Provided a welcome wine which is actually a welcome bottle of water.

Zero view apart from the air conditioning units and train station. Big money for a room looking to the oblivion. Rooms comfortable and coffee tea making good to have. Great location and easy access to tube. No washing facilities which would have been welcomed by a travelling family.

What an amazing stay in central London ! Everything was superb about this place, I loved every second of being there. Location is terrific, metro is 1 min away , very walkable. And of course rooms , service, pool, gym , lounge , breakfast and so on … will stay here again!

Room and bathroom were dirty: we had a dirty towel, shower walls were stained/moldy, the wood from moldings were missing chunks, we were supposed to have robes in our room we had none, hall and bedroom walls were also dirty. Honestly, one of the dirtiest and run down hotels I have stayed in. Room also needs a little TLC because it is falling apart for a hotel that is not too old. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with this hotel and its maintenance and cleanliness.

The room was very good and comfortable, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. A very good breakfast in the morning and a really easy location. We only had a minor problem with plumbing issues within our rooms, they didn't stop anything on the stay. The staff tried to assist as best as they can, but it was an issue that we dealt with for the night. An issue somewhat out of the hotel staff's hands. A very good hotel and a good stay overall.

Pros- The hotel was clean and location was great. It was quiet in the room. A few things that let it down- tried to call reception multiple times no one answered. Heating wouldnt work so room was cold and water was warm but not hot.

Room and bathroom were dirty, while room was not even ready at check in time of 3 pm. Towel in bathroom was dirty, shower had mold and a blue stain on tile, walls and door frames were missing chunks. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with stay. Room was tiny!! Not like what is in website. Room even said it came with robes and slippers and both were nonexistent.

Very nice hotel close to Tower of London . Nice amenities, very courteous staff. My room was small in size but it accommodated 2 of us well. Liked small gestures in the lobby like hot chocolate, fruits and good drinking water. Underground stop 2 minutes away.
