The room was overall very good — comfortable bed, spacious layout, and great entertainment options with the smart TV and QR-code features. It was convenient not needing to bring a laptop unless working. There were a couple of issues, though: the sink was blocked, and there was no toilet brush provided. Also, the first room we were directed to was already occupied, which made for an awkward situation. The night staff weren’t the friendliest during this mix-up. On the positive side, the hotel left an anniversary card and treats for our occasion, which we truly appreciated. Despite the few hiccups, our stay overall was good.

I booked the Executive Suit for my partner and I for his birthday. The view was amazing and the room itself was lovely, however, amenities such as the TV/chrome cast didn’t work, we asked the staff a few times to help and they couldn’t. Also the bath (including the jets) didn’t work. So it was a nice stay but there were key things that didn’t work which were inconvenient. The spa was lovely.
