We stayed during a London heatwave - and the air conditioned room was a sanctuary at the end of the day! Bed super comfortable, en suite seemed newly refurbished and was immaculate with a great shower and plenty of towels. Staff welcoming and efficient. Would stay again without hesitation.

Amazing experience during my stay here. The neighborhood was cozy and quiet, but still very close to all of the London action. Easily walkable to the tube station, and overall awesome location. The staff was extremely friendly and accomodating. I almost can't believe how great this place was for the price! I would HIGHLY recommend staying here, and I plan on staying here again whenever I travel to London.

The room was great, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant, the actual property is a little awkward to navigate especially with large heavy bags as there are many small steps up and down to get to the room.

The property is in a great location for transportation to all the attractions. Sangit was so amazing , every night we came back to the hotel, he asked how we were and checked in to see if we needed anything. The only issue we had was with the stairs… next time we would ask for a room closer to the elevator. The charm of this hotel is so nice to stay at. You really feel like your are in old England

Hello. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for public transportation on busses and the underground. Not to far from several places to eat. And enjoying my coffee right across the street at Kensington Gardens was a delight in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

The single thing I did not like was the lack of knowledge about London-places to eat-pmzces to sit- what was happening etc. You need a concierge. Otherwise place was great.
