Amazing!!!!!! We have stayed a few times, it’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny, by far my favourite hotel in London, amazing building, really cool bar and most importantly such amazing helpful polite staff that above and beyond to make you feel special! I’d 100% recommend the Shard and can’t wait to stay again!!!

The room was amazing view, and the staff were genuinely attentive and professional, making our stay very comfortable. The valet parking concierge team were consistently courteous and professional each time we interacted with them, which gave us great peace of mind throughout our trip.
