Really lovely property. Rooms are extremely quiet. Staff is attentive. It’s central to the tube and national railway. I’ll definitely stay here again.

This is an amazing hotel. The attention to detail was outstanding. Everything was so special from the staff to the room and the incredible breakfast. It was probably the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. I highly recommend this hotel.

We were very grateful to Joan Tam at the reception who had kindly arranged to change our room the next day. When we came back the next day, our luggage had been moved from previous room to our new room. We had really enjoyed our stay in our second room. Thank you so much for your understanding and tremendous help Joan.

Very disappointing and very poor service.

I was very disappointed in my stay at the Shangri-La. There were hidden charges for poor service that you feel you had to pay and the food was definitely average. Foods kept running out at breakfast and the hot buffet was often cold. We weren’t offered drinks the first day and also weren’t explained you could order an a la cartel option. The expensive afternoon tea - standard London prices was poor for what you got. Standard bread and very bland cakes that were very samey. It really was the most disappointing luxury / 5 star stay I’ve had. I would not return.

Beautiful modern hotel

Beautiful modern hotel. Service was fantastic and easy to communicate thru WhatsAp. Plenty of space for a family of four in the suite and views were unbelievable. Had brunch one day and that was excellent as well. Only issue would be the location was not our favorite and felt like it was a bit of a hike to get anywhere.

A one off experience for us, as it was very expensive. It's off the bucket list now, but certainly worth doing. Fabulous hotel with great staff. A complimentary minibar would have been a nice touch and they automaticlly aded extra service charge to the final bill that we asked to have removed. Other than that, couldnt fault it.
