Nice location but not great customer service

The hotel was in a great location and we had a beautiful view of the London eye, but felt that the hotel could have done a better job with several aspects: the outdoor garden restaurant there was no service, had to ask the bartender for seating, menus, service in general. The hotel room: room service gave us dirty glasses and towels that were ripped and drawer. And the front desk: didn’t have all the correct information: asked if we the restaurants were serving food at night 10:30….they said yes went there and they weren’t. Asked for a late checkout, the front desk in the evening said sure no problem till 1:00, then in the morning the front desk staff already changed our keys and said 12:00 was the lates and there was a charge of 20.00 pounds. I would have thought that that the high standards of a hotel would have their act together a little bit better.

The room was kind of hot and it seemed like the AC wasn't working properly. The outlets didn't work. I couldn't charge my devices for one night. They gave me a new "UK" adapter. It worked for 1 day but the day after it stopped working again.
