Very good staff and food. “Delux” room was smaller than picture. But very comfortable. Big tv too. Glad I didn’t pay for a garden view as it is actually a public garden. Although beautiful, very noisey with drunk teenagers on a Saturday night.

This a perfect place to stay when in London. Close to everything that we wanted to see and experience including historical sites, restaurants and shopping. The staff was professional and we could not have asked for more related the room and view of the Thames.

Excellent Hotel with staff that made you feel welcome. From the Doormen to the front desk the feeling was welcoming ,professional ,friendly and efficient. Brock, the head concierge, was World Class. He seemed to not only enjoy his job but also went out of his way to assist everyone who sought his expertise. Brock is a first class asset to this charming hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will definitely reserve a future stay while in London.

We checked in as two couples, having booked identical rooms many months in advance. We were given a tiny room at the front of the hotel, which was very noisy all night. After a terrible night’s sleep, we saw our friends’ room, which was twice the size and at the back of the hotel. We complained, and were moved to a similar room at the back. From then on, our stay was very pleasant, but we should not have had to suffer through the first night.

I stayed at Royal Horseguards about 5 years ago and loved it. I was a little let down this time. Street view out front is actually quieter than garden view, adjacent to a busy road. Bath was also dated in the garden view room. There were also air conditioning issues at the time during an unusually warm London week. As far as location, you can’t beat it just around the corner from the Embankment tube station. The staff was helpful and friendly. Royal Horseguards is a good though not great hotel.

The property need updating ! They put us in the smallest room . Then suggested if we want to pay more it would be an upgrade , we had terrible view and I do not feel the upgrade was worth it . The room are old and out dated the linens were dirty
