Honestly, it was a nice hotel, easy check in and out, good breakfast deal but we had our room on floor -1 so no windows which made us feel very claustrophobic and want to get out. Maybe if they had warned us beforehand it wouldn’t be such a shock. Apart from that very clean , comfy bed and nice staff.

I rarely complain but I had bed bugs in my bed. I woke up very itchy and saw the bedsheets had those black dots that indicate bed bugs. The room temperature was difficult to control and I couldn’t close the window that was open and the AC didn’t therefore help. The bathroom sliding door was very stiff and therefore couldn’t be closed properly. The staff were lovely but the cleanliness of the room was awful because of the bed bugs! I was so uncomfortable during the night because of the itching! I had such high hopes for this hotel and I’m really disappointed.

Wasn't able to shower for 2 days!

There was a problem with cold water supply in my room, I was unable to shower or wash as the water was scalding. There was no cold water to shower or wash basin I reported it at reception on 2/4 at reception, I was told they would get someone to sort it while I was at work, when I got back in evening, nothing had been done. None of the staff I spoke to knew anything about it as it appears my complaint wasn’t passed on.
