After an 11 hour plane ride, they let us into the room before standard check in time. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, fresh and great variety. Will be happy to stay there again. Well situated in a good neighborhood.

We had an amazing time in London and with our stay at Lancaster Hall Hotel. The location was perfect with public transport to the attractions. The room was great and since we walked A LOT....we enjoyed the bathtub, and aggressively running hot water. = )
