Having an apartment with kitchenette facilities was very useful. The room was spacious. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, far too soft and sunken and pushed up against the wall. The doors to apartments SLAM so be prepared for a lot of noise from other guests doors. Likewise if other guests are shouting, it will keep you awake all night. The bathroom was not clean, nor the floors in the main apartment. The apartments are not serviced so you need to collect toilet rolls, towels and soap from the front desk when you need them. A broom was not provided so we couldn't clean our own room which was unpleasant for a week long stay. The location was convenient. A 3 minute walk to both Queensway and Bayswater tube stations as well as multiple bus lines. Opposite Hyde Park.

We decided to pay extra and book a Superior Apartment at this property, as per the photos displayed on the webpage. We were however, extremely disappointed. Our apartment was not at all 'Superior'. It was a very small cramped room with a kitchenette and small bathroom. There was barely enough room for our luggage.The room did not look like it had any maintenance done on it, for quite a while. The laminate on the kitchen bench was peeling off. The room also needed a good paint job. Despite our complaints, there was no hot water running, in the shower, on most days. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the location was of the room/apartment was central.

No temperature control

We stayed one night and the room was so hot we could not wait to check out the following morning. No air control, just an oscalating fan. Other than that it was a nice room.

£5 to store our luggage after checkout??

Not the best hotel experience I've had but not the worst. £5 to store our luggage I thought was a little rough. Every time we spoke or asked the staff for assistance it seamed a problem for them

You get what you pay for.

Looked nice in the photos total let down when arrived and viewed the room. Went and bought some food for the fridge and when we came back after being out all day it had gone off due to the fridge being turned off and the hotel night staff did not care. Also room not cleaned each day. The day staff were nice though, but my advice only book if nothing else available.

Close to everything

A great hotel in terms of location and cost but if you're spending a bit of time in the hotel I would recommend staying elsewhere.

Worst experience ever

Pros: nothing. Having stayed in this area before on previous visit, in a well appointed apartment, the difference in this place was sole destroying.
Cons: The cleanliness of the place. The carpet were all frayed and the lift had almost no lighting
Location: Great location and close to everything either by bus or walking.
All down hill after the Foyer area, rooms had no A/C no decent equipment for cooking, only 2 forks 2 knives, 2 spoons, no teaspoons, one small saucepan without lid, one small frypan, no sponges or dish/wash liquid, no teatowels, Cold water in bathroom, floors dirty, windows so dirty cldnt see out hardly. Staff hopeless and little knowledge of the area and where things were and how to get around.

Mediocre Complex

Good location, bathroom was dirty, beds are so uncomfortable. Great option of all you need is sleep and shower facilities

Location location location

Pros: Clean room in great location
Cons: Tea and coffee making would be good.
Location: Near to Hyde park and two tube stations.
Smoke alarm went off and no one responded. Great reasonably priced room in London. Staff attended to requests promptly. No tea or coffee in the room. Had to pay extra for thr hair drier.
