Yes, Stamford Bridge Hotel is a very good hotel and all of the staff who we interacted with were extremely good, however It is solely because of Kamilya who is a friendly, kindhearted, polite, respectful and extremely professional person that to us as a family that Stamford Bridge is thee BEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD and the thee ONLY Hotel myself and my family will ever stay at whilst in London, whether that be for a Chelsea match or any other visit and I will be highly highly advising all my friends, family and former work colleagues that should they find themselves travelling to London for any overnight stays, then Stamford Bridge Hotel is the best and only place to stay. Finally I would like to say a huge “THANK YOU” to both Kamilya and the extremely smart person who hired her. We as a family look forward to many more stays at Stamford Bridge Hotel.

The whole hotel was spotless, staff really friendly & helpful. Bar area a bit small but ample. Restaurant was lovely, great choice of food for breakfast. Only issue was no shower gel in the bathroom & toilet took ages to refill after flushing

The extremely rude security guy working on the gate when I drove in, was laughing when I was refused entry as it was game day and I had a van, laughed at me and then gave me the wrong info when I asked for help on where to park. Then when I came back in was extremely rude

Room was a throwback to the 70’s, drab old fashioned furniture. The toilet had the weakest flush of any hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The shower was still a bathtub shower with a shower CURTAIN for goodness sake!! That’s worthy of a 2 star hotel, not a wannabe luxury hotel. On the plus side … the price we paid was excellent for a central(ish) London stay. Breakfast was adequate if a tad pricey, and all staff we encountered were extremely happy and helpful.

After a difficulty getting to the hotel ( exodus of the Chelsea/Arsenal women’s match) the reception was very polite and accommodating. Our room was perfect. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. My only criticism was we had to request a) mugs twice b) juice, beans & bacon ran out, however it was extremely busy and the staff were up against it albeit very polite. Overall a pleasant stay and good VFM. Ideally located for the football matches and our Celebration party in the Harris suite that evening Well done Stamford Bridge Hotel.
