The best and only decent but about staying at this hotel was it's location. Room very dated. Severe lack of plugs. Booked a room with a sofa bed, for my son. The mattress on the sofa bed can only be described as cardboard thing. My son struggled to rest and is complaining of a bad back. Expensive hotel bar with poor service. Only book at a last resort. As you'll have better facilities and comfort at a Premier Inn

After booking a hotel affiliated with a Premier League football club, our expectations were naturally high. Unfortunately, the sense of disappointment began at check-in when we were given only one room key card. While a minor issue, it wasn’t the best first impression. The room itself felt dated and gloomy, with limited natural light, I can only imagine how much worse it would feel on a cloudy day. There were several cosmetic and functional shortcomings. The lack of plug sockets and USB ports, especially near the bed, was particularly inconvenient. A concerning safety issue was a light switch awkwardly located behind a pillow on the headboard. The bathroom added to our frustration with a poorly fitted toilet seat, cracked tiles, a loose shower fitting, and a damaged hose, all contributing to the overall impression of a neglected and dismal space. Breakfast was acceptable, but the dining area felt cramped, poorly organised, and chaotic. Hot food frequently ran low and wasn’t replenished efficiently, leaving guests having to ask for basics that should have been readily available.

Unable to check in due to IT issue so had to drop bags and come back later. Air con didnt work in the room as the button didnt rotate Comfortable night sleep and breakfast was great. Nice location.

Absolutely amazing stay! Started rough as our reservation somehow was canceled but w/ the front desk & expedia it all worked out. Everyone I interacted w/ at the hotel was very very kind & helpful. From the security outside, front desk, baristas, housekeeping, stadium staff. I highly recommend a stay here if you are able to. Was in town for work & a Chelsea v Man Utd game. Hotel had a great breakfast, clean room, lots of food around. 5 stars for me.

Hotel is very dated, I can live with that, however the water pressure in the shower was absolutely terrible, I did complain on the day I had the issue, they told me they would send someone to look, never turned up. Also I had messaged the property 48 hours before the stay asking a question, just never got back to me. We had breakfast on the first day, it was of a good standard. But unfortunately due to the lack of water pressure in the shower, I would not be going back there.

Staff very friendly. Hotel roomy and clean. Only minor issue was that the pillows were like bricks and only two sockets to plug anything in, and even then we had to unplug the hairdryer - not very useful when most people need to charge phones and laptops

I stay at the hotel most weeks so like hotel. However this week I was in room 711 which was really really warm , the air con didn’t cool the room at all and as the room is on inside of building there was no breeze from open window to cool the room

Poor experience all round. Check in process couldn’t keep me in same room for 2 days. Charged a service charge on a drink when it was ordered at the bar. Room was poor, 1 light of the 3 in room worked, bathroom was dirty in places. Noisy corridors with doors slamming all night. I would have been better sleeping in my car. Not worth the price point
