Fantastic stay, Staff really friendly and helpful. Really clean and chilled. We had a double and a sofa bed which my daughter thought was really comfortable. Good breakfast choices. Easy to park under hotel and tube station a few mins walk. Great routes on district line to centre of London. Affordable and great location.

Air conditioning did not work Unable to contact reception via phone Walked to reception (separate building) to seek help - very rude receptionist, deliberately evasive. All other staff super helpful and resolved issue with change of room, but only after continued to ask for help. Paint peeling off ceiling of bathroom. Very dated rooms. Bathrooms particularly poor. Surprised at four star rating

Check in was easy , the room was clean and spacious . Bit disappoint there wasn’t any complimentary water especially as it was so hot outside. Air on was good and room was very quiet. The staff were very helpful . Really good for getting around - Bus stops outside and Tube 5 min walk

The ac didn’t work - no one helped us with our bags or arranging transport to the airport when we had to get there early. There was also marks on the wall next to the bed that looked like blood and the room was very small. Not like our usual 5 star experience at all.
