Our room was clean and spacious compared to other accommodations we've stayed in in London. We were on the 9th floor and the lift broke between us leaving for the evening and coming back. There wasn't very clear instructions on how to get to the other lift in the building. Otherwise good location, safe and near tube stations

I'm older and in part chose Chelsea Cloister because it has an elevator. Ironically, I was placed on the ground floor, which involved two sets of stairs! Two very kindly people (other residents) helped me with my bags. There were open window panes at the top of my room, which was fine temperature wise for me. But it meant that I heard all the street noise (car stereos, conversations, people spilling out of the back door) all the time. And the whiff of tobacco smoke also came through. The water kettle and toaster were broken, and there was a coffee press but no teapot. I heated up the water on the induction stove but it wasn't the same as tea brewed in a pot. I was given two partial rolls of toilet paper, which was sufficient, but it was disconcerting to look in the bathroom cabinet and find it empty. The underground strike was on during my stay, so I took a lot of Ubers and taxis. The front desk charges 2 pounds for calling you a taxi, which I found out when I went to settle up. The Good Life cafe just down the street was a wonderful place to eat and hang out. Chelsea Cloister has many good things to recommend it, in addition to the drawbacks that I've outlined.

Easy and efficient check in. Excellent clean apartment. Only issue is only one elevator working so long waits to get into the tiny elevator. Otherwise a great place to stay!

Great location- not what it looks in the pictures

The location is amazing! The size of the room and kitchen for the short period of time is great. Downside smelled bad. Smelled like molding and cigarette. I kept the windows open the whole time for the smell. The front desk stuff at the check in was ok Didn’t explain anything how to get the room I had to carry my luggage up and downs small stairs instead of telling me that the hall elevator was going to the same place and I just had to walk more. I would’ve rather walk with my luggage (has wheel) than going up and down stairs carrying myself . Needs more cleaning. I found a pair of socks under the table (not mine ) Pictures don’t look like reality at all. Not sure where the pictures are from but it’s not this hotel for sure. Overall price is good, location great.

The apartment we got was nothing like the pictures online. The reception area is nice but rest of building old and grotty. Lifts always breaking down. The apartment we had was in very poor condition. We would not stay here again

I endured extreme cyber warfare and economic espionage facilitated by the staff on their WiFi networks. They even brought in electricians, shut down the elevators and made me climb nine floors in and out. They also entered my room and took pictures of my receipts for sims and new devices that were ruined as a result, They had also stolen the charging cable to destroy evidence. I have asked for a refund and got nothing. I intend to dispute this with my bank and sue them along with every hotel that cooperates with the Epstein network who is doing this to me.

Great place in walking distance to lots of London areas including the Kings Road Chelsea. Property was an upgrade for me so plenty big enough for one and it was kitted out with everything you could possibly need. I would have liked a few more home furnishings in the main living area including a side table, cushions on the sofa and a rug on the floor to make it feel a bit more homely. There was issues with the use of the windows not functioning properly but otherwise it was a really nice place. Definitely good value too and ideal area to base yourself in central London.

Fabulous location. Friendly staff. The elevator was out and the laundry didn’t work well. Kitchen and bathroom was tiny and awkward layout. Beds were comfy. We traveled as a family of four and planned to cook in for some meals, but wound up eating out because the layout of the kitchen and living area was too small for us.
