Had an amazing stay at the Counting House. The staff were so accommodating by taking our luggage in early while we explored the city. Close to all tourist attractions. Booked a dinner for 6 in the gallery above the pub, it was perfect not to mention the prices for the food and drinks were excellent! Will definitely be back!

Clean, and centrally located for our trip. Walking to St. Paul’s or to the Tower was easy and comfortable for a 70 plus aged couple. The hotels pub for drinking and dining options were very good , along with the choice of the breakfast buffet or a menu order.

This was an amazing hotel. When it was modernized they maintained much of the charm of the old building. Staff were all phenomenal. Professional, courteous, kind and helpful. Only drawback was the elevator. It is the smallest I have ever seen. Food was excellent in the pub.
