The reception staff was particularly helpful in giving directions, making travel arrangements, and providing storage for our luggage. It was in walking distance of the Eye, Parliament, Buckingham palace and many other sites. A clean, quiet, comfortable place.to stay.

The executive room is spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay with 2 occupants. The bathroom aesthetics is on par with a 5 star hotel. Pros: - bus station within walking distance - slippers, bathrobe, and toiletries provided - TV has chrome cast - refillable glass bottle for water dispenser - coffee and tea bar available for purchase - reception attentive and very patient - housekeeping daily and upon request Cons: - gym has limited equipment and is very small - one key card eventually stopped working but they did fix it upon request - housekeeping ignoring our door signs (do not clean room today sign) and attempted to open our door when we were inside - glass cups provided inconsistently changed (sometimes 1 and not the other) - pillows sink in - towels are rough (except one day) Overall, I would come back regardless of the cons. The hotel is almost just as amazing as a 5 star hotel.

Very clean and modern rooms, the staff was absolutely wonder and so accommodating! We enjoyed bei by able to walk to nearby shops, parks and tourist attractions. Will definitely stay again someday!

The property as a whole is attractive and well maintained. The surrounding area is convenient in terms of location, transportation, food and entertainment options. I had minimal interactions with staff but they were all courteous, competent and attentive. My room was stylish and comfortable in addition to being clean and in good order. The only area of improvement is Wi-Fi service. Unless you sign up for a “free” account, you are only afforded basic service. The bandwidth of the basic service is putrid. It does not support streaming media or even basic web interactions. I measured the speed multiple times and never saw throughput at higher than 1.4 Mbps. This is barely dial up speed. Even after submitting to requirement to create an account, the bandwidth was still lacking. It is unfortunate to disregard or leverage such an important service in 2025.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, but the overall condition and cleanliness of the hotel was poor. The A/C struggled to work as well. The food served in the restaurant/bar was below average and the area that surrounded the hotel didn’t offer any sort of eateries. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My room chill box was not working when I asked front desk he told me it wasn’t supposed to work and that I have to use the staff refrigerator. The carpet was very dirty and the couch in the room was filthy as well
