The hotel its self was clean and tidy, we had to wait 10mins after our checking in time to be allowed into our room. We had a poor night sleep due to a loud, continuous drowning noise that we think was the air conditioning generator, it didn’t let up all night and could be heard regardless of the windows being shut. We did inform the desk on checking out but no action was taken.

From check-in to check-out, I can say I was extremely satisfied with The Bailey’s Hotel. The staff are friendly and attentive to one’s needs, the hotel is very well-kept with numerous amenities. The gym is not substantial, but a nice-to-have for those looking to stay active during their stay. The restaurant and bar within the hotel are very nice too, with great food. Daily housekeeping keeps the room stocked with complimentary waters and Nespresso pods. The Bailey’s Hotel is a wonderful place to stay in London, and is very close to the Tube for easy transit around the city. I’ll gladly be back the next time I’m in London!

The Bailey’s is a beautiful hotel with an unbeatable location. Close to the tube and hop on/hop off buses, it’s ideal for easy access to all of the key areas of London. The surrounding area is safe and has many conveniences including grocery, casual dining, coffee shops, etc. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in London.

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed our stay in this comfortable hotel which was nice and quiet. With a tube station, cafes and restaurants on the door step, the hotel was within walking distance of muesums and parks.

The staff were fantastic. Paul the restaurant’s server who served us Afternoon High Tea was super. He was engaging and was interested in how we were enjoying our stay. The concierge Magic was superb. Enthusiastic, honest and full of great recommendations and suggestions. To me he was a perfect 10. 🇬🇧💂His colleague Nik was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. My wife and I first visit to London. Hotel, city, and all we did exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend the Baileys hotel. Steps from the underground tube. Great vacation. Was shocked to see young male cleaner on his hands and knees scrubbling wooden floor in main foyer in the middle of the afternoon. Was so degrading!!!!!. CONCIERGE was very very rude and food and drink very expensive. Room was small for 2 double beds.
