We were booked on the 1st floor. The staff had a party in which there was extremely loud music and yelling beginning at 9pm. We went to the desk twice and finally after 11 we received a different room. I asked for a manager and never received one. We had to pack up all of our luggage in order to move to the new room. It was pure ignorance on the administration’s part to have booked any rooms in that area knowing that there would be loud party. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as there is the potential that this could happen to them as well and like us they may have an early flight as we did.

Loved staying at the Bailey’s hotel! This was a great location right in front of the Piccadilly line. The location was not too far from the major sites. The hotel itself was lovely, very nice rooms. I accidentally packed the wrong adapter, it was helpful that the hotel had a US outlet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent! Large rooms by European standards (much larger than Earl's Court hotel where we had our first trip). Classy, historic feel. Literally across the street (about 100 feet) from Tube station. Several decent coffee shops on the block. 5 minute walk to major museums. Staff was friendly and helpful with both a theater reservation and with transportation directions. Elderly parents were with us (separate room) and were very pleased also. Only concern is that showers are narrow and access may be tricky for older or mobility impaired guests (in such case, I suggest asking for a handicapped-accessible room if there is one). Overall, we were thrilled with the hotel and we fully intend to stay here again if we're lucky enough to visit London again.

Room service was non-existent, all they could offer us was the restaurant menu, we found out next morning they could have we found out next morning, they could’ve done room service through the bar menu, next morning on the 13th. There was no hot water so I had to check out without bathroom facilities, i.e. showers. Nobody was very apologetic.

Perfect hotel for a London stay. You can't fault the location; across the road to an underground station, cafes and restaurants. Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself is impeccable.
