The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very large (219). One of the windows to the outside did not shut. The USB plug did not work and the toilet was not a reliable flusher. The furnishings were a little dated, but overall it was a very comfortable and roomy.

Overall this hotel is well over priced for what it has to offer. We were staying for two nights in the newly revamped part of the hotel in a premium suite. We had suit 556 and as we found out this room is very close to the underground that passes by all day and all night. In short it was like trying to sleep at the end of Heathrow runway. However as you would expect the room was decorated nice. We had to ask for the room to be cleaned and made up and have tea and coffee replenished. In regards to the included breakfast. Well we will always get a far better service and better breakfast a premier inn than we did here. They do not do table service which is a big disappointment. So if you want a full English breakfast with fried eggs you need to order your eggs at the table and then go up to the buffet to get the rest of it or vice the verser. The staff service at the table could not fully understand English so it was hard to communicate with them. However one good thing to come from our stay was the meal in the Chinese next door. Mings. This is without a doubt the best Chinese we have ever had and the staff were excellent along with an extremely good service. As for the hotel we would not entertain staying there again
