It was far below expectations as per Taj Group. No Welcome Drinks, Requested special arrangements for our Anniversary but an Egg pastry was sent without asking for our food restrictions. When requested some plates, they even charged us for in room cutlery. However, front staff was very helpful but management is poor.

As soon as you arrive the staff can not do any more for you! They are so friendly, professional and polite. Our room was ready on arrival (1.30pm) We checked in and was shown to our room. We upgraded to a courtyard suite which was so amazing! Clean, bright and spacious for the 3 of us. (1 Child) We walked in and found a cake which was a very nice touch. We will return and this is our favorite hotel in london. Thank you again

Very lovely hotel to stay in. I loved every bit of my stay from the food to the amenities it was all a very luxurious experience. I celebrated my birthday here and they made it extra special for me. The staff were exceptional all of them were amazing. Gulshan made sure I had the best restaurant experience. The food is amazing as well. I still can’t stop thinking about it 😊 and my stay. Will definitely stay again when I’m back in London.

It was my husbands 70th birthday. They made it special by upgrading the room, which was lovely and decorated the room on his big day. The staff were very pleasant and easy to talk to. We hope to return and see the hotel after renovations are completed.

Everything was immaculate, you truly get what you pay for. The location is pristine, and the customer service was first class. Concierge were on hand from beginning to end.
