Staff was so friendly. Nice location next to Hyde Park. Comfy bed - good WiFi - nice small area to sit outside. They were very helpful to find me an adapter for my phone. The carpet in the room needs replaced and a nice coat of paint would certainly freshen the room up. The safe and refrigerator were on the floor - on a table would be nice. I was only there for 1 day - positive experience!

This is a great little no-frills hotel that is quite charming in a brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff, and a great breakfast to start the day. Room was small but the beds were good and it was very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay again.

Location is excellent for shopping and walking. Staff are warm and welcoming and it reminded me of the ambience of a rural b&b. The building and rooms are dated but that is expectable for that price in that location and I wouldn't think it twice next time I need a short stay in London.

Nice clean and friendly

It’s was a lovely stay, slept well, the place Is clean and everyone working there is very friendly, breakfast was great, I stayed with my two young boys they enjoyed their time there, they have plenty of suggestions on what to do in London , highly recommend the stay
