Very helpful indeed, even with the fact that I was able to check in early and check out late due to my work commitments that weekend. Big thanks to Soren on the reception for his service in particular. Room was fantastic and provided a great feel of home with all the space and features including bathroom floor underheating, a kitchenette and a wonderful comfy bed. Breakfast could be a bit more substantial in offerings like a hot buffet, considering the price paid.

Great if you have a car. Only 1 km off the M3 plenty of parking out the back easy access to underground and facilities in Richmond. really good Neighbourhood . Would definitely go back.

This hotel is charming, like a boutique one. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We got to know the reception ones by first names and they always asked about our day. A maintenance man helped my husband with his iPad. Breakfast was in a sunroom and was bright even on the many rainy days we had. It was worth the fee for a hot English breakfast and a great way to start the day. The location was excellent on the Chiswick High Road with lots of cafes and pubs plus boutique shops. The Underground is nearby. You could walk to a nice eatery in a few steps and then retreat to a quiet, comfortable room. I highly recommend it!

Great place to explore different parts of London

Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We had a standard double room, a bit small but very usable and comfortable. The air conditioning was a little bit noisy but worked OK. Breakfast was excellent, very good selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereals, some cheese and cold meats and hot buffet. Only a few minutes walk to tube station. 3 minutes walk to the Packhorse and Talbot pub for a very reasonably priced meal for dinner. This hotel worked very well for us doing an overnight trip to London for sightseeing (Thames river cruise, Kew Gardens and the Tower of London)

Clean room, nice kitchen facilities which was an upgrade but not necessary. The air conditioning was faulty & we struggled to sleep as the room was very warm, much warmer than outside. the shower did not drain so water went all over the floor, we had to take extremely quick showers to prevent this each day. Needs an extra chair to sit or put things on.
