It’s a hotel w/o an elevator and I asked for an easily accessible room due to a knee injury, they were very accommodating!! We had medication that needed to be refrigerated and the staff did that for us as well, as there are no refrigerator in rooms. The breakfast was fabulous, location very convenient! I would stay here again!!

Lovely hotel in an excellent location close to Victoria Station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but nice with orders taken at the table rather than a buffet. We stayed in a family room for one night during the summer heatwave. The room didn't have air con but there were 3 fans in the room, which were sufficient for us. Delightful stay! Thank you very much.
