Perfect for the O2.

Second stay here for an event at the O2. The hotel location is perfect and they do everything youd want for a 1 night stay very, very well. Will use again.

Excessive hidden costs

There was extra charges that were never made before booking and then told afterwards that was being charged 75 pounds for car parking due to not paying 50 before hand. Extremely over priced on extras. Bedroom was not what we expected tv was hung on wall and angled towards the ceiling and can't be re angled. Bed was ok but pillows were horrible. Way over priced for a stay.

Hotel was lovely and breakfast was fantastic. Unfortunately the less than friendly check-in got the stay off to a bad start - the hotel also advertised slippers and dressing gowns for all rooms but these were missing which was disappointing.

Stayed for a concert at the O2. Easy access from hotel. Staff extremely helpful and attentive. Room was clean and spacious with river view. Nice touches such as free pillow spray and well stocked mini bar.

Perfect place to stay after attending an event at the O2. The hotel is beautifully decorated, ideal location and very quiet at night. There is a private walkway into the O2 as well as a short walk to the Thames Clipper and underground station

Great hotel but parking charge extortionate

The hotel is brilliant. Lovely room, super breakfast. However we were extremely cross about the parking charge of £52 which is absolutely insane. You don’t pay that for top hotel valet parking in the States and it may mean we don’t stay here again
