the highlight was the location central to all central london adventures including covent garden and transit , the other was the staff and willingness to assist and support be it any issues with room or finding best local restuarant or transit route always done with a smile the hotel itself is quirky but wonderful and the Henri restaurant was lovely and we enjoyed several breakfasts

Really a nice place to spend a couple of nights while enjoying London. The staff was freindly and helpful. We dined at the restaraunt and it was very good, especially our server. The bar was cozy and quiet, a nice place to enjoy a cocktail away from the bustle of the city.

Great location in the heart of Covent Garden. Quiet & private. The view over the church & gorgeous rose garden were a bonus. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a huge bath and separate shower. Lovely little touches like a shortbread for turn down service. The bar & restaurant were fantastic - great cocktails. Perfect little hotel. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel’s location is great. It’s close to most theaters (5 to 10 minute walks) and very near excellent restaurants. The elevator was not working on our check out day which meant that our room was three floor walk up that I struggled with. They have a terrific restaurant where the breakfast was offered. We would try to stay there again.

My favorite place to stay in London. It feels like a home away from home with a splash of special-ness. The location is amazing; a pedestrian street, safe neighborhood, close to a tube station (you can take Piccadilly line straight from Heathrow to Covent Garden and walk a few blocks to the hotel). You couldn't ask for nicer staff who will do anything to make you feel welcomed and comfortable.
