The service of the hotel staff is excellent. Polite and respectful people. However, we were surprised that the facilities in the room are very old. It is true that the style of the room is vintage, but it looks very old. In addition, the curtains almost fell off when we wanted to lift them. And the last thing: the shower is very simple. There is only a single water pipe from the ceiling and that's it. And this impairs the use of the shower.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and I say that despite the fact that it has psychologically scared me for the rest of my life. Have you ever wanted to watch yourself use the bathroom from about ten different angels? I have not. But after staying here, I can genuinely say I’ve seen things I will never forget. EVERY wall (and even parts of the ceiling) in the bathroom are mirrored. I had to take a shower staring at the floor, I was too scared to make eye contact with the dozens of me’s around the room. It was genuinely off putting. I’ve started to have nightmares about myself, watching myself, doing awful things. Looking forward to go back. Lovely staff.

The hotel was stunning, the staff were friendly and helpful - will definitely stay here again, was not somewhere I had considered before but as we needed to be near Victoria it was perfect and it turned out to be a lovely stay. The curry room is also a meal you should experience.

This was my 3rd time at The Rubens. The staff at this hotel were amazing! They go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The Ruben has a great restaurant and bar. The location is close to everything including Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. It will always be my choice when I’m visiting London! It’s the best!
