Good stay, lovely staff.

Comfortable room, lovely staff (special shout out to George). Only let downs were… room too warm, despite setting it as cold as possible, led to two nights of poor sleep. No shampoo/shower gel in bath area, meaning a bath was impossible.

What a find!

Arguably the best hotel in we have stayed in. We usually gravitate to Mayfair or St James's and this was really driven only by proximity to London KX and our train schedule. However, it is a real find: friendly reception, swift check in (earlier than scheduled), amazing room (King of Kings), roof top bar had a great vibe at night and a doddle to catch the tube into central London from practically downstairs. A real find and we will be returning.

A beautiful modern hotel. The location is excellent. My room looks out to the breathtaking St Pancras Station. I only wish the temperature of water for the bathtub can be a little higher.

George on reception was amazing, very personable made us feel welcome and special, however we were dissatisfied at the end of the night when we went to the lounge bar for a drink, was told to sit anywhere and someone would come, they didn’t. We waited 15 mins listened to the music which was good, but then thought we’d go to the bar to see if we could get served there. We waited ages and managed to get the security guards attention, who asked someone to serve us, we still had to wait 15 mins after that for someone to come and serve us. Not how we wanted the evening to end!

The service at this hotel is top notch. From arrival outside to the front desk to the room to departure every aspect was premium service. The bell hops handled all of my luggage for me. Buffy at the front desk was a dream! The entire room service staff went above and beyond plus the food was delicious. I cannot say enough good things about what you pay for at this property. The only downside I would say is that I personally get hot easily and the bed would get SO hot throughout the night and the thermostat was either warm or hot not cool. Big deal. I opened a window! No downside to all the perks you get.
