Ok. Room not bad, although in need of redecoration. Bathroom very dated, no shower gel but towels were nice fluffy and clean. Staff very friendly. Air conditioning was difficult to set. Fridge didn’t work but tea and coffee provided. . Lights were intermittent and not clearly labelled. Fire alarm went off . No instructions. Few people milling around but couldn’t get reception to answer the phone. Breakfast good value and good choice although very busy . Overall good value. Convenient location 5 mins from High Street Kensington.

My room was upgraded to club room but what I was actually upgraded to was a noisy damp room. All I could hear was the trains and the lifts and people coming out of the lifts. When I finally fell asleep the fire alarm went off, with no advice as to what to do…people stood in corridors, I woke my son up only for alarm to stop. Then I was kept awake by the trains….my son woke up to the trains first thing in the morning!! So no not a comfortable stay

The most simple things can ruin a stay - who could imagine getting a recipe / invoice for expense purposes could be so difficult. 7 phone calls, unanswered email and broken promises. I am still waiting.

Clean room. Perfect location for Royal Albert hall. Bathroom smelt musty. Sockett hanging from the wall. Loved the chrome casting on the TV, brilliant. However, the dammed thing wouldnt stay off and kept turning itself back on!

I have stayed there before and really enjoyed it.. the room was fine but really cold. I asked for this to be sorted and was ensured a maintenance person would come. However on returning from. Day out it was still cold. We had to put towels over the vents to minimise cold air.. only negative otherwise good hotel
