The heating didn’t work correctly on a freezing night even after the engineer turned up to repair resulting in a cold evening in bed. The bed and pillow were uncomfortable and to top it all the breakfast selection for full English was poor. The friend eggs were as hard as frisbees and cold. The free cake and afternoon tea were nice though. Definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

The room wasn’t ready at 3 pm check in I upgraded for views across Kensington and got a brick wall Our room when we got it eventually had a put you up bed in and was very cramped The heating was rediculous either that hot we were sweaty of cold air. I paid my bill on Friday then got a letter put under my door asking for more . Sorry but you need to get it right 1 st time and I refused to pay extra as we didn’t incur any extras we were out most of the time !! Very disappointed in the reception staff tbh

The room was in a significant state of disrepair, the curtains were hanging off, tge bed was ripped, the wires were coming out of the air conditioning and there was a broken tile on the bathroom floor. The room was also freezing. So very disappointing.
