Staff were lovely. Electrical issues meant we had to change rooms and thus was not an easy process; lifts out of order a lot of the time. Room service great to start with but then cursory. Breakfast mostly ok but not well equipped with food or cups/glasses when busy. Great location.

I was in room 320, which probably hasn't been renovated in 20 years. Furniture was tired, damaged, and haphazardly placed, and the walls completely void of any art or colour. A thoroughly depressing environment, and not "4 star" by any stretch of the imagination.
