I met only their receptionists of different days almost all of them One thing was common among all of them they were rude Non cooperative and like Head Jailer

Our room was a tiny cave down a narrow flight of stairs. The bathroom was moldy and there was no shelving or places for your toiletries or clothes. I told the staff that my mom had issues with the stairs and they were less than helpful. The bathroom ceiling was only six foot and was honestly bigger than the tiny room. The pictures on the website are very misleading. Won’t be staying here again.

Excellent location near Kings Cross/ St Pancras. Room was a bit small for two people with luggage, so read room descriptions. Hallways can be a bit small for those with large pieces of luggage. Be prepared for stairs. Bathrooms were on smaller size. Size of accomodations due to hotel being in renovated historic buildings, so just be prepared. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We had no complaints.
