The room was spacious and quite comfortable. Many nice amenities such as mini fridge , microwave and safe. Very short walk to underground and food. The staff is exceptional.

I really liked the smallness of the hotel--the fact that it wasn't a huge chain. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the immediate area and provided good suggestions both walkable and via the tube to food and entertainment options. Though my room was by the elevator, it was very quiet. The hotel room was small but it had everything I needed and then some. Loved the heated towel bar and the little kitchenette and the touch of a bottle of wine on arrival was sweet. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

It’s always pleasant to stay in this hotel. Staffs are friendly and accommodating especially Ms Tina. I always stay in this hotel whenever I am back in London. It got everything I need , lots of dining options within walking distance and it’s so close to tube station.

This place was in a beautiful location and close to the Tube. Made it easy to get anywhere. They do have an elevator for your luggage and as a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe! Will be back here!

Quiet Hotel in a Perfect Location - Great Staff

We had a lovely stay at the Resident Kensington. It is situated on a quiet street yet only a block and a half from the Earl's Court tube stop which has both the District and the Piccadilly lines. The road Earl's Court is bustling with restaurants, pubs, and shops. So, the hotel is in a great location. The staff is very helpful with suggestions and anything we needed. The room was cozy but well-appointed with a comfortable bed and ours had a sweet balcony. There is also a lift and air conditioning. We would definitely return to Resident Kensington.

Property has great staff, hotel Is in good shape. Room was smaller than I anticipated but we were happy with our five night stay. The cocktail hour at 6pm every night was a treat and opportunity to meet/chat with others.
