We are glad to hear that you were reunited with your suitcases and we would suggest staying in our Standard Double rooms which are slightly more spacious than our small double rooms. Great location and very friendly service. Loved happy hour and complimentary wine! Only downside, we had quite noisy people upstairs. It sounded like they were doing Oz aerobics!

I had 5 nights there a few weeks before and was impressed with the quality of staff that is the major draw the hotel is elegant clean crisp has a lift and a small kitchenette microwave jug and fridge your own coffee machine. Situated in earls court Kensington close to everything on the tube from Heathrow with lift fantastic with bags Many restaurants . A special thank you to the morning receptionist I’m sorry don’t know your name also Tutor lovely as ever
