Thank you very much to Yana, Beatrix, Martin, Olga and Jack. You all made my husbands birthday one to never forget. Yana he loved the room overlooking the St. Pancras train station. The view was amazing. Only in London could we get that view. Beatrix, thank you for the warm welcome with a glass of bubbly. Martin you are truly the best bartender a guest could ask for. Olga your customer service is five star. The hotel is amazing on the inside and out. We've traveled /visited New York to Hawaii and this hotel visit rates high with our once in a lifetime adventure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay

We had looked forward to a special celebratory evening. We were greeted in the room by complimentary macaroons & drinks. The TV wasn't working and after a 2nd failed visit by the technician, the receptionist immediately upgraded us to a superior suite. Chocolates & bubbly were sent to the room. It was our one evening there and we felt very special. The pool and spa area feels luxurious. We opted to have breakfast in the beautiful high celing booking office. The food was great and the setting incredible. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Staff were attentive and courteous. We upgraded and used the Chambers Lounge which was a great experience. The food, drinks and breakfast in this lounge were plentiful. We went to the Station Bar in the evening which had a great atmosphere although the drinks are a little pricey, but well worth a visit if you are staying here.

Lovely stay for business

Really happy with my stay in this beautiful hotel. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Comfortable, clean, quiet room. Will definitely be back in the future.
