The check-in was a bit of a disaster as we had to go to this little store to get a key, but they couldn't find it, so we had to go to the property and wait for somebody to show up with the keys. We were exhausted and carrying all our luggage from the flight. The apartment has a very good location and that's the biggest plus. The people who run customer service are very nice and try to be helpful. However, we had several problems that made the stay less than ideal. First, the internet router didn't work. Then, the shower was scalding hot. There really is no equipment for a couple to say long term and cook meals. And the refrigerator would start beeping in the middle of the night, every night.
