Front desk person was super-helpful and accommodating when I requested a change to my room. I really appreciated that. Breakfast staff were rude and kicking people out though. Yes, breakfast ends at a cwrtain time but if people are still eating what they have already picked up, give them a chance to finish their food.
67 steps up a windy narrow staircase carrying a small suitcase, hoping that my 85 yr old father wouldn,t fall on the way up. Not ideal for anybody with breathing difficulties / asthma. No teaspoon, one saucer for 2 cups, bedding clean but only 1 pillow each. TV kept going off, shower drain needs some Mr Muscle drain unblocker put down it as I was worried I was going to flood the tiny bathroom. Lovely coffee at breakfast. All in all £45 well spent. A few tweaks needed and a warning that a lot of stairs and no lift would be better on the website.
Two relatively comfortable single beds, decent size room, working television and kettle. Strong water pressure and hot water from sink and shower. Radiator running all night so it was warm. Convenience store next door to main building is open late and cheaper than others nearby also.
The property is in central London. But there is no elevator and I had to climb 3 floors with my child in hand. Bed had some dust. And the property itself is not well maintained and clean. Not suitable for families with small kids.
