Charming facility with fabulous breakfast. Helpful staff. Restaurants close by and a 20-minute walk to the beautiful Tower Bridge in London. Comfortable accommodations. Since we were three adults in one room, it was a bit cramped.......no problem for two adults. Entrance was tucked away in a small street, but driver knew exactly where it was. A good experience!

We travelled as a family to London, and had a wonderful 7 night stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Tower Bridge. The location was excellent, close to the underground and local restaurants. The breakfast was great, and the hours for the breakfast were convenient. The self-service laundry was also an amenity that we used. It was very much appreciated. The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone, and would certainly stay there again.

The room is something you would expect in a “residence inn” with a full kitchen. Our booking also included a full buffet breakfast, free laundry and a decent gym facility. The hotel is located in the Bermondsey area, near the Borough Market, the Shard, South Bank promenade, St Paul’s Cathedral, and the bus and subway lines are so easy to get to.
View from the hallway of our floor (5th).

The hotel was good in general! The free washer and dryers were great! The breakfast was good too. A suggestion would be to have more protein and egg options. One thing I think could be improved is the cleaning. I did not ask for my room to be cleaned everyday but when housekeeping did come, it was not cleaned well. I stayed for 5 days and asked that my sheets be changed one of the nights and the sheets were never changed. For the price, I expect a bit more cleanliness.

The standard room is a bit tight with a long, thin layout but wonderfully stocked if you want to make any meals for yourself. The hotel breakfast is very good. The location is in a great area but it's a bit of a walk to the nearest Tube. We really enjoyed our stay but it might not be ideal for a first time visitor.
