Pros: Great, convenient location. Clean room. Cons: I arrived 2 hours early and asked if the hotel could store my 2 suitcases until I could check in - they charge 3 pounds per bag; I've never experienced this unexpected charge before at any hotel. I had to pay again for them to store them when I checked out while I worked at an office for a few hours. As other reviews state, the rooms are very small, which I was somewhat prepared for, but I'd been travelling for over a month and had lots of luggage and there was no where to put a large suitcase in my room - I had to block the room's door with it. There was also no in-room refrigerator to store my meds.

Staff at reception are well trained and very helpful. I accidentally left my phone in the room before checking out and leaving the hotel. When I realised it and spoke to the receptionist, by the time I arrived back at the hotel, staff had already found my phone in my room. I can’t thank them enough!

The room was tiny but clean. The bathroom was also clean and the shower was great. The room was not serviced so our bins were overflowing, beds not made. Only bath towels supplied, no tissues or any extras. The breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely.

Friendly staff, tiny room, poor breakfast.

Checkin was fast and friendly. Room was tiny with no real floor space and breakfast very poor selection. I don't mind paying London prices but this hotel did not offer value for money by any stretch of the imagination. Can't in good concience recommend I am sorry to say.

Overall a good budget stay

Clean and modern hotel, very small rooms though, could do with being just a touch bigger. Liked the complimentary breakfast fast check in and check out. A drinking water refill station would be a great addition

The room was the size of a shoe box. My husband and I had to take turns walking around so we wouldn’t bump into each other . We were woken up EVERY flipping morning by construction work two rooms down. 6:57 , 7:O3 . the entire time stay . I do have to say , the staff were very nice but overall the experience sucked .

Hotel is in a great location and the facilities are good for the (London) price - the hotel is great although the bedrooms are a bit 'cozy' so only share with someone you love or like!! For the price, very friendly, helpful staff and location I would stay here again, . . . .park at the NCP car park which is a 5 minute walk, it is by far the best price option!!
