Room was super clean but wasn’t as big as we thought it would shower was slightly uncomfortable because you could see who over is in shower. Breakfast was nice until I got hair from mushroom section. Staff was very slow at the reception and didn’t gave even a discount in regards the hair in food even I showed a manger . Breakfast had many options, but I lost my appetite since that incident

Good location next to Regent’s Park. Very close to 2 underground stops. Stayed at the level which included breakfast and a tapas hour and free drinks. The major downside was that they charged an addition service fee that was not communicated to me as the price I paid via Expedia (which was already very expensive) said all fees were included. Also not very eco friendly as no options to reuse towels. Probably wouldn’t stay again.

Rooms were clean some what small but good enough to sleep. Beds were somewhat firm but still sleepable. They help with luggage and people are very nice.

The hotel was centrally located within walking distance to public transportation, shopping and restaurants. The only complaint I had about the hotel is that on Sunday evening it was loud banging and construction, which prevented me from sleeping.

Good hotel. I liked checking in online and getting my key from the kiosk instead of having to wait at the front desk. Everything was clean and nice. I didn’t love having stairs in the lobby as it was a pain to get our luggage up and down them. I would have also loved if our luggage has been dropped off in our room while we were out as some of our other hotels had done. But it was a nice hotel, very clean and the room was nice.
