Really nice hotel and a comfortable bed. Room was a good size and had everything i needed. Only drawback is the noise from the adjoining rooms. I could hear the guy in the next room on the phone at 11:30. I would stay here again though.

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful. Not sure if the “Bar” just opened but the staff did not know how to make drinks (dirty martini) the service was also pretty slow. The walls in the hotel are extremely thin. You can hear everything in the hallways and your neighbors. No wash clothes will be given so bring your own.

Nice hotel Great Location

Great first impressions, staff welcoming & smart modern appearance walking into hotel foyer. Room was small maybe due to it being a twin. Great rain head walk in shower. The room was not user friendly no plug socket next to bed to charge phone overnight while using it. Also no dressing table area which was ok but you do need a mirror near the window or with a light for a lady anyway to do hair & make-up. Location was great very near tube station 2min walk & walking distance into central London.

The size of the room is fairly large in London, and is seemingly newly renovated. The location is perfect - close to several bus stations and subway, but not too crowd and loud. With 3-min walking, I could get grocery from Tesco, and a variety choice of restaurant. We stayed in a room that is closer to the corridor, so we can hear some sort of vibration all the time in our room - the sound insulation seems not quite good. Apart from that, the bathroom partition is a bit funny - there is no proper separation between the shower and the toilet. Water would be easily leaked while taking shower, making the bathroom a bit messy & wet.

I arrived at the hotel for a pleasure visit and since it was my wedding anniversary, I wanted to make it a special occasion and comfortable in every aspect possible. Unfortunately we had a bad experience inside the hotel room assigned to us. All sorts of bugs and insects started popping up everywhere including the bed. I immediately complained to the front desk but the staff was in. Denial or seemingly hesitant. After a strenuous conversation the front office manager was consulted and it was decided to upgrade our room which I appreciated but that upgrade turned out to be just average surprisingly. I’m utterly disappointed by the hotel management which failed to provide the hospitality I was supposed to be provided. I have taken pictures on my phone showing bugs and insects which I will upload soon. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Thanks and have a good one.
