The room was lovely and clean very modern with a nice treat of some free snacks and drinks available from our in room fridge. The bath and shower need some work though, leaky shower cable and some early signs of mold. Toilet seat loose. First world problems!

First room was musty and dirty, after a request for another room, I was given one without carpets. The sheets weren't clean, rooms generally not maintained, soap scum in showers and sink, not well vacuumed and rooms are tired. Not representative of photos. Also the AC was not working in the whole hotel, so had to open windows for ventilation, as a result, noisy due to being across from St Pancras. 3 star hotel at best due to lack of maintenance.
