The location is convenient, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, the room functionality had issues. When I arrived, the bedding was not available, the bodywash had run out, the ceiling fan in the bathroom was not working, and there was no TV remote.

Extremely tiny rooms. Dirty bathroom, mold on bathroom floors. Mirrors and toilet not cleaned well. Pillow smells bad. Scratchy, smelly, itchy sheets. Floors sticky and dirty. The room I’m in is literally next to the dumpsters. When I open window, I see and smell dumpsters. Loud people outside talking. Very thin rooms so you can hear outside and other rooms. Only one towel in a two-twin bed room. I don’t understand that. This hotel is nice on the outside and the entrance, but don’t let that fool you, it’s Not four stars at all.

Charming and practical
Enjoyed convenient location in a unique historic property with a lot of charm. My room looked recently updated, was clean and bright though a bit small. Good breakfast buffet, small but cozy bar. Beautiful Victorian lobby and sitting room with vintage stained glass pic windows. Very close to 2 Underground (subway) stops with lots of small restaurants and cafes in neighborhood. Not far from Portobello Road weekend flea market.

Zimmer relativ klein, jedoch alles (Badewanne, Warmwasse, Föhn, Fernseher, das Bett) perfektioniert. Das Frühstück ebenfalls hervorragend. Das Interieur ist beeindruckend.
