The room itself was lovely but the bed was too small for my husband has his feet were hanging over the end of the bed and the toilet was squashed between the shower and the sink making it difficult to use the toilet

Not a good stay. Standard room is very tiny. We had to upgrade to the next size up which was barely manageable. Shower space incredibly tight. Hallways very small and feels like they were designed for animals. Rooms not properly cleaned. Only stay here if you are desperate.

Nice hotel close to Queensway.
Lovely hotel with lots of character. The rooms are compact but nice. Staff welcoming and nice. Booked a double and was initially put in a twin, but changed when questioned, I like this hotel.
