Stayed here 2 nights for a work trip, in a single bedroom with ensuite - the bathroom was decorated excellently and very clean though the space to shower was very small. Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, tea and coffee options good. Relatively quiet though I think pipes ran through my room so often sounded like running water in the room. Overall, clean, safe, convinient, very close to Natural History Museum, V&A, Science Museum and Royal Albert Hall, good for a stopover, tourist or business trip but definitely not spacious or full luxury. This was my second stay here, I would stay again but my room on visit 1 was nicer than the room on visit 2 in terms of space and layout. I would book again.

Amazing stay

Simply outstanding service by all the people working there, kind, informative and supportive. The hotel is very central, close to museums and metro station. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Good price/quality ratio. Definitely recommended!

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is nicer in person. I was bothered that they did not have wash clothes and there was no microwave anywhere in the hotel. However, there is a microwave across the street. Staff was great and the area is beautiful.

Average Hotel, adequate.

Hotel was adequate, room was in the basement, good size but showing signs of wear, and unpleasant odour in the basement area. The shower was great, but overall I wouldn't chose to return to this same hotel.

Property is quite worn down. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and outside. Carpeted floors are also quite dirty. Aside from that, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind.
