Really nice hotel right above Aldgate Station. Very clean rooms. Hotel staff was friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had a 4:30am train from Liverpool Street Stn which was a 10 min walk and felt very safe at that time in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

Worst customer service we have ever had! I normally don’t leave a bad review. Besides the housekeeping staff, the front desk and restaurant wait staff need a lot of help!! They either ignore or avoid you at all costs. Pretty sad it’s a great location to jump on the tube and room was really nice and comfortable.

In our case, the service and front desk went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had an amazing trip—for that we are grateful. Beyond that, the Wifi was exceptional, bedding perfect, AC actually worked (which is not the case in many 5star hotels in London), and most importantly the positioning next to the subway is the best!

Very high quality hotel with amazing food at the restaurant. Right next to a tube station and busy road but no noises can be heard from the room. Only issue was a door which would not lock but the staff addressed this problem very quickly. Also a convenient location to access many different areas of London. Would recommend.

The property is not bad but I think it is overpriced for the service provided. The rooms are very small compared to what images depict. The view of the city was nice. I had a short stay so it was fine but I don’t think I can stay there for a longer trip.
