The hotel was situated right next door to a subway station and was a short walk from Tower Bridge and the the Tower of London. Breakfast was very good but there are a couple of restaurants very close by with more options for a similar cost or less. The bed was comfortable. We saw some comments about the AC not working well. We found the AC perfect—cool and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the secure location where they stow luggage. Overall we had a great stay.

Great Hotel! Right next to transportation, only a couple of blocks from Tower of London and great restaurants, gift shop right across the street that stays open late for drinks and snacks. Staff was very friendly and helpful when we had questions. Room was clean and comfortable. Fridge and safe in room. Would stay again and would recommend!

L'hôtel était propre, très bien situé et proche de plusieurs bouches de métro. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il y avait un bruit, peut-être le système de climatisation, qui se déclenchait chaque 20 mns et nous réveillait la nuit. On en a parlé au staff pour les avertir et on nous a dit que le manager viendrait voir de quoi il s'agissait mais on a vu personne. On a fait avec mais c'etait désagréable!!

Convenient location and the property is new. The staff are friendly and the onsite restaurant is convenient for breakfast. Lots of amenities including cafes and tube station in the immediate area. The hotel struggled with AC during the hot summer weather and our rooms had mediocre housekeeping services and poor WiFi connection.

I was very impressed with Hotel Saint - the hotel was beautifully designed and the room/stay was very comfortable. The customer service was exceptional. The hotel was also easy to get to by subway and bus with direct connections to major attractions. I would definitely stay again.
