Unpaid Refund

There was no power to the room. So the TV and the plugs in the room did not work. The person at the front desk who's name is Joseph agreed to refund 25% of the cost. He also said he would email me to confirm this. I did not receive the refund or the email. I stayed in a Citizen M hotel in Paris in May. I had hoped for a similar experience in London. But it was sadly lacking

The lovely beautifully lit room was wall to wall bed… not kidding! You’ll hv to climb over your bed partner to get to the bathroom but you could just turn the pillows sideways. Love the hotel and staff was great. The roof top views were WONDERFUL!!!

Loved the all electronic checkin/checkout and the room operating on an iPad with fancy lighting options. Rooms simple and functional. Breakfast buffet adequate. The lifts are a bit slow and seem to stem from the early 19th century, if your room is in the lower levels you may want to use the stairs. Otherwise very pleasant stay.

Good budget option

Interesting concept hotel. Modular rooms fit two people but just barely. My wife and I laughed a lot crawling over each other back and forth in bed. The overall cleanliness was very high. It is a good location near Tower of London/Tower Bridge. Right beside a tube stop (Tower Hill). The touchless check in and cashless premises were a surprise by not a problem. Good hotel breakfast for $20. It is definitely on a 2 person (well really 1.5 person) room.

Great experience in cool hotel.

The hotel was very sleek and modern. We enjoyed the iPad used to control the room. The view was amazing. Service was very good. Would definitely stay here again. The bar in the top floor provided excellent views. Location was also excellent being close to Tower Bridge and Tower of London, and also at a tube station.

Sent here due to flight issue. Hotel did its best to accommodate a whole bunch of tired travelers including setting out a buffet for weary travelers. The issue was the same as all European hotels—we couldn’t get the room cool enough. Beds were comfy, quiet but we were sweating!

Apart from ordering pizza and them forgetting to actually make the pizza, the stay was fantastic. Bed large and very comfy. Great pillows. Rooms are so well thought out. Staff are friendly and helpful. Love staying at a citizen m hotel

Perfect - very well - but they need to truly think about catering to citizen of world / tourist thingy if they don’t have any option of Hindu veg meals. I literally ate bread butter and boiled tomato in breakfast buffet
