We had a really lovely stay at Canopy Hilton London City. The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. There was a slight delay at check-in, however, we were given free drink vouchers whilst we were waiting and the room was immaculate upon arrival. The bed was really comfy and we slept really well. The hotel was in a great location for a weekend trip to London. It was lovely and quiet and we were provided with bathroom products, towels and coffee/tea for the morning. We would definitely recommend and will be returning soon!

Great hotel, wonderful staff.

Hotel was very nice, furniture and linens were very clean. Very convenient for visiting city, tower bridge and walkable to other sites/ tube station. Staff was lovely, from reception, to housekeeping and restaurant and bar staff. Would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel for over a week - it started to feel like home. The room was quiet and the blackout curtains were so good (which is key in summer with the sun out late). The staff and breakfast were good. The bar area was friendly and great for a light happy hour or snack and the rooftop bar was beautiful. The beds were comfortable. Great desk space for working and a dedicated area to hang clothing made this an easy hotel to call home away from home. Directly across the street from the underground, getting around all of London was a breeze.

The hotel was extremely nice, clean, and conveniently located next to the transit station. The only negatives were that the carpet in the hallways leading to guest rooms made it a little difficult getting my bags to and from and the actual size of the rooms were quite small. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Would I stay there again….Yes.

We were very happy with this hotel. Just be aware that hotels don’t provide a microwave, which was surprising. There was no way to heat up dinner leftovers. I loved that they provided a kettle for tea as well as a coffee maker. We would stay there again.
