A Truly Welcoming Stay! This may not be the biggest or most luxurious hotel, but the warmth you feel here is something many 5-star places can’t offer. The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with genuine smiles of Magdalena and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home instantly from staff too. I was pleasantly surprised when I stepped into the hotel out of the cold. The temperature was warm as was the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room had all that I needed for a comfortable stay - attention to detail, spotlessly clean, lots of (quality) tea, coffee, and milk, and comfortable bed. I had a great nights sleep and was refreshed for my onward journey the following morning. Great value for money and Blades will be my first choice when visiting London next. Thank you

The establishment was decent and located conveniently, though one small downside is that they don’t allow you to store luggage after checkout, which was a bit inconvenient. Tammy was absolutely wonderful. She went above and beyond to help me out when I had to book at the last minute, and she made an unplanned situation much easier to handle. Thanks to her, it was a smooth experience overall!
