Disorganised at check in, reception asked my name several times and looked puzzled, even though I had checked in online the previous day. Sorted a room out and gave me the key and number. Got to our room only to find someone already in it. The other guests we're a bit surprised to say the least. Back to reception and allocated another room, although this didn't seem to be set up for 2 people. However as we were going out we just acceoted it. Service at breakfast also poor, no cups on table, and being bought pots of tea with no cups. In all a bit disappointing for the money paid.

The staff was amazing! The room was a delight! Michael the manager was kind enough to offer us free breakfast because our room was delayed! He did so with a nice handwritten note to our room! They went above and beyond for my daughter’s sweet sixteen offering a upgraded room and a small treat for her special day!

Fabulous staff as always Rahul on the front desk was so helpful, efficient and enthusiastic. We got our room upgrade and complimentary drinks no problem. And they made up the room so nicely for our anniversary with towel designs, petals, balloons and delicate cakes. All complimentary. Thanks to Olga for preparing the room. We always try and stay at Apex hotels and they never disappoint.

Fantastic room, lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. The complimentary snacks were very much appreciated! The staff were fantastic, couldn’t do enough for us, especially the front desk staff. Great location and a lovely hotel. I have already recommended it to friends a number of times!

Check in was easy, staff super friendly. Rooms were spotless, bedding and beds sooo comfy. Bathroom was a separate tub and awesome walk in shower. THE BEST LOCATION!! Walking distance to everything + the underground. Only cons: Robes could use updating and only one side of the bed had outlets which was rather annoying for charging purposes.
