While our stay at the hotel was pleasant and the location offered convenient access to the Tube, we encountered a significant issue regarding a booking error. Due to a scheduling oversight on Expedia and ourselves we inadvertently double-booked a stay in Paris. When we arrived we reached out to the hotel directly to request a refund for four unused nights. Although Expedia advocated on our behalf, the hotel management chose to strictly enforce the original contract and denied the refund. While we acknowledge the booking was our error, we are disappointed by the lack of flexibility, which resulted in a $1,200 loss for our family."
