Excellent hotel. Great location - close to trains, underground and bus networks making it so easy to get around. Hotel was beautiful with large rooms and a very comfortable bed! Quiet, clean and friendly. Will definitely stay here again

The building itself is fine with a need of a few repairs. The lobby is spectacular, but the rooms are tiny. The staff are helpful. The local is excellent for being in the heart of the city. Easy access to walking, buses, taxis. There is a bus station right out front of the hotel which has the sidewalks jammed fairly often. If you plan to spend most of your time out and about it is a decent place to rest.

We liked it's position. We especially liked having the Victoria underground station next door. We used it every day. But it is also within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and many great pubs and restaurants.

Mostly good!

Great location. Comfy beds and the room was clean. The staff weren’t bad but weren’t super friendly either. The only thing I didn’t like was walking through the cloud of smokers going in and out of the hotel and the lobby smelled of vaoe and smoke from that. I am allergic so it was quite uncomfortable. I’d recommend to not leave the doors open.

We had a wonderful experience at The Clermont Victoria. We stayed in a Supreme King room for a family of three. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the quiet atmosphere despite being located in a busy street. The location is fantastic! Lots of cafés and restaurants in the area and just 13 min walking to Buckingham Palace. The only complain it is that the bathtub is very small and the design of the glass door is awkward so the water spills easily. The in-room touches like a Nespresso machine, plush robes, and high-quality toiletries made the stay feel luxurious. We will definitely stay here again when in London!
